1: Control System:

The CNC system of this equipment is developed using configuration software, with a high-color configuration touch screen as the carrier, forming a human-machine dialogue interface that greatly facilitates users in intuitively inputting and calling production parameters, as well as monitoring on-site production process data, including direct monitoring of equipment status; the control system of this equipment uses products from the international brand Mitsubishi Electric Corporation of Japan. This effectively ensures the reliability, stability, and versatility of the equipment;

2: Equipment Operation Principle:

The equipment drives the cylinder for up and down pressing operations through the CNC hydraulic system, interfacing with the human-machine interface operation window. The pressing parameters for the product can be set on the configuration touch screen according to customer requirements, allowing intuitive viewing of the product's pressing data. It also enables online pressing detection for the product. The equipment features multi-stage pressing speed control, including rapid descent, pressing, pressure holding, and return, effectively ensuring pressure accuracy and displacement accuracy during the product pressing process;

5: Equipment Advantages:

①.Energy Saving:The equipment uses a servo hydraulic control system, saving about 70% electricity compared to conventional hydraulic presses, with an hourly power consumption of about 1.2KW;

②.Environmental Protection:This equipment features low noise and low oil temperature, with noise effectively controlled within 60 decibels. It is equipped with an air cooling device that automatically activates when the oil temperature exceeds 40°C;

③:High Precision:This equipment uses servo motors and servo pumps to control the overall operation, allowing adjustment of pressing stroke and speed according to the actual requirements of product pressing and shaping. The pressure repeat accuracy is within 1%, and the position repeat positioning accuracy is within ±0.05mm;

Safety;An emergency stop button and safety protection light curtain are installed at the front of the machine. In case of malfunction, the operator can press the emergency button to stop the machine immediately. If the operator's hand reaches into the machine during operation, the machine stops immediately, protecting the operator's personal safety.

Three; Equipment Functions;

(一)Touch Screen Functions

1. Operation interface; displays current pressing force, real-time displacement, daily production output, current equipment working status, current parameter settings, and various fault alarms.

2. Parameter settings; pressure holding time, upper and lower limit positions of the slider, working feed position, equipment output force, light curtain status, equipment operating speed, pressing force detection settings, idle shutdown time, etc.

3. Auto/manual conversion button (on the side of the touch screen installation box: power indicator, power switch, equipment reset, three-color indicator light, alarm buzzer) and other buttons.

4. Can store customized control processes for different products; can display force-displacement pressing curves. Can store force-displacement detection data generated during the product pressing process; and export the data directly in EXCEL format; can connect to a printer to directly print touch screen data.
